  Website listed an item "in stock." Purchased it and after weeks of not receiving it, I contacted them to track the order. I was told the item was not in stock and they were waiting on their manufacturer to ship them a new batch. I waited another three weeks or so, and contacted them again. Same response. This went on from September until the end of December, at which point they stopped communicating, even after I requested a refund. Ultimately had to file a charge back claim with the credit card I used for the purchase. This store is not trustworthy.

  DO NOT BUY FROM WEBSITE I placed an order they said they had in stock a week later no parcel. Ring up to find out they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock but could send me the same in another colour. Fair enough. Any way week on from that received the parcel and it was not what I ordered. Ring up to find out what the hell was going on to be told they are out of stock. Any they still have these products on website taking people's money when they don't have the stock
